Conference Oversight Committee
Provides general oversight of conference finances, reviews and approves all contracts, approves conference budget, approves all unbudgeted payments and overruns for the conference, approves and manages website or application used for conference fees and registration, and develops and ensures processes are in place to reduce AZADV liability and loss.Members

The Social Media Committee monitors the AZADV Facebook group on a frequent, continuing basis ensuring that postings are in compliance with the AZADV Publication Guidelines.
